Your money is always safe, as we use the “PayProp Trust Account” payment and admin system. No cash changes hands. Our system can also institute debit orders.
Statements are available monthly so that the Landlord and Tenant are fully aware of their financial status.

Our lease is the most up to date lease as we constantly adhere to the terms of the Rental Housing Act, as it is amended and the feedback via the Rental Tribunal.
The agent who signs up the lease and works with the tenant is qualified and is in possession of a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, as required by the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
